TERMS & POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.
Any seller approved exchange or return is subject to 30% restocking fee. All merchandise must be in original packaging and free of defects, scratches or scuff. Original receipt must be present and dated no longer than 24 hours since sale. Any return, exchange or refund is at the seller's discretion and has the right to refuse or not accept any merchandise that has already been sold. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges of selection will be given for merchandise that has money down, but not picked up or delivered yet.
All layaways or deposits are nonrefundable. All payments must be made in timely order and paid-off by the seller specified date on invoice. Buyer agrees to complete payment for layaway on schedule or proceeds of prior payments will be forfeited. Buyer is responsible to fulfill payments in a timely manner. Items on layaway may not be cancelled or reselected unless the seller approves.
All backorders are items not currently stocked at the supplier and will arrive at a later date. Seller is not responsible for delays of items not on hand at the supplier. Backorders cannot be cancelled or exchanged without seller approval. It is at the discretion of the seller to agree to make such changes.
Special orders are items not normally stocked and must be ordered from the manufacturer. All special orders are subject to 50% down and cannot be cancelled or changed at any given time. All down payments must be in cash unless the seller specifies. Availability of merchandise occasioned by manufacturers scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulties, customs or any other causes is beyond the control of the seller and is not responsible for delays. In rare circumstances, availability of merchandise can extend 1-6 months.
All store payments include credit card, cash, layaway and finance plans. No money orders or cashier’s checks are accepted, no money wiring or depositing into a merchant account is allowed. Checks are not accepted unless the seller approves. All credit card and finance transactions require photo ID verification in order for the process of payment. Any card not matching name and individual will not be processed. Any return check is subject to a $35 fee. The seller may refuse any form of payment at their discretion without explanation.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
All delivery fees must be paid prior to scheduled delivery. All delivery service fees depend on distance of location, the number of stories of building, and the amount and type of furniture there is to be assembled. Seller can designate a day for delivery, but not a specific time. Certain days of the week or holidays may be observed by the seller and has the right not to deliver on seller specified days. A window of delivery time will be given as an estimate only and is at the discretion of the seller's choosing if delivery can be conducted during specific times of the day. Someone must be present at delivery location, If no one is present, delivery service will have to be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee will be assessed. Delivery service employees will not move, rearrange, or haul any furniture at a location that is not purchased through a seller. Buyer is responsible to have space available for new furniture. Delivery service employees will not install or hang any wall furnishings, including mirrors. Buyer is responsible to hire a professional contractor to hang and secure wall furnishings. Buyer is responsible for proper measurement of doorways and stairways before ordering, as the seller is not responsible for merchandise that is too large to fit. Delivery service employees are not responsible to do any job not specified by the seller.
Buyer assumes all liability for any damages to person and property. Delivery service people are not responsible to clean neither furniture nor location on which the delivery service has been performed. All merchandise delivered will need to be inspected at location of delivery for defects or damages before delivery service employees leave. Any claim after delivery will not be accepted as it is the buyer's responsibility to check all merchandise delivered. Buyer must secure all pets at time of delivery as we are not responsible for problems caused from unsecured animals.
All customers requesting pickups are to be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the seller. Buyer may not pick-up furniture without advance notice to the seller. Customers who refuse delivery service and wish to pick-up furniture will need to bring proper help capable of loading goods, as the seller will only transport merchandise up to the store or warehouse door. Buyer must also bring proper vehicle and supplies as the seller will not supply materials, such as tape, blankets, rope or other tying materials, Seller will not load or tie merchandise to any vehicle. Buyer accepts full liability to merchandise picked up. Seller is not responsible for any damages caused to vehicle exterior or interior, or the mishandling of furniture after pick-up. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise for damages or defects before leaving as the seller is not responsible once merchandise leaves the store or warehouse. There is an assembly fee for any merchandise that the customer wishes to pick up that is boxed.
Seller does not manufacture or make any merchandise sold. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized in this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Manufacturers' offer warranty for their products one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's terms. Not all products will have manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover accidental damages, spills, rips or negligence, etc. An optional extended warranty is available and can be inquired about at the time of purchase. Seller is not responsible for denial of claims by warranty.
